Can i take my diet stuff overseas?

I am travelling to Italy, Spain and Argentina in less than a month and i was wondering can I take my diet shakes and my herbal metabolism pills with me?

Yes, there shouldn't be a problem with that. You need to put it in your checked luggage for sure, and if you want to be careful, you should declare it when you go through customs.  They shouldn't give you trouble about it though! Good luck...

You should be fine.  I would make sure to label EVERYTHING -- especially the herbal supplements.  In some countries, particularly the ones you listed, officials can be very wary of anything that looks remotely "herbal" because they are mistaken for illicit drugs.  Don't take your chances -- they won't have time to "test" them, so make sure they are properly labelled.  In fact, I would recommend keeping everything in their original boxes / containers when you pack them in your checked luggage.  I wouldn't worry about claiming them at customs, either, though you can see how that goes when you arrive in each country.  As long as they are not live plants, you shouldn't need to mention it.
