Can i take my laptop to my country without paying any tax?

I am going back to india finishing my job in kuwait.I am taking my laptop brought frm kuwait,to india.Is there is any tax i will have to pay for it in airport,there in india?

ONE LAP TOP, EITHER USED OR NEW IS ALLOWED FREE OF ANY DUTIES . SO NO TAXES TO BE PAID.

Yes, every one can carry a laptop. There is no custom duty.
