  1. If you attempt to apply again, you may be deported and banned for 3 years. You cannot then apply for another visitor visa until that 3 years has passed.

Below is what happened to one girl who overstayed her visit to USA by just ONE month  (this happened in december 2007)

  2. Yes, they'll notice. That's why we like computer programs so much, they're very useful at times like this.  If you overstayed your visa by 4 months, you violated the terms of the visa and the next time you try to use it, you'll be able to get on the airplane and fly to the US, but you'll be stopped at the airport and sent back on the next plane. If you only overstayed by 4 months, you could apply for a new visa since there's no automatic ineligibility under US immigration law until you've overstayed by at least 6 months. However, chances are very good that you won't be approved anyway. It will be very hard to come up with an acceptible reason.

  3. Yes, it is possible.  You did not overstay more than 180 days.  They will not ban you.  However, you may have a problem to get another visa again.  Better prepare a good story.

When you apply a visa to UK, usually they will ask you whether you overstay in other countries.  Say yes will lower the chance but doesn't mean you may not get one.  Or When you hand your passport to them, they will check the stamps.  Or they check your credit card record.

    Good luck.

  4. Yes and Yes.

You broke the terms of your visa once so you are likely to do it again so you probably won't get another USA or a UK visa.
