Can i take white oats with hot milk,without cooking, just like corn flakes?

please suggest me something like corn flakes, or muesli, Wheat Porridge ,which i can take with milk without cooking it...

just make sure you dont eat to many as they will swell in ur stomach!

i prefer to microwave them first a bit very good for losing weight
