Can i take zinc to help me grow taller?

  1. To help your destined normal growth you need plenty of protein, calcium (milk) and zinc.

    If you are deficient in zinc and you are still growing a zinc deficiency could stunt your growth so in that case a daily zinc supplement could help further growth.

    Males usually stop growing at 18 but in some cases growth continues until the age of 21 and in some isolated and almost unheard of cases growth only ceases at the age of 25.


  2. Unfortunately, no. Zinc is a simple mineral that's good for the immune system in general.

    As much as I wish I could say there were, there are no products on the market that can make you grow taller than your DNA says you're going to grow... but you've still got up to 2 years of potential growth time left, so you might still get taller.

    The only way you can get taller would be using padded insoles, wearing thick-soled or platform shoes... or getting a highly risky, painful, and expensive surgery that might bring you up an inch or two (but you'll have to fly to Asia to have it done). Sorry!
