Can i teach 2 budgies to talk when their in the same cage?

Question

Im planning on buying 2 budgies (male and female) and i would like to teach them to talk is this possible with 2 budgies and will they pay any attention to me if they have each other and what do I do if they fight?

they don't fight.

and i suppose you could teach them both to talk.

yes of course cos i hav them and once one learnt a word it taught the other cos it was sayin it all the time,

Yes it is possible but having two of them makes it much more difficult to teach them to talk. They are less likely to feel the need to communicate with you b/c they already have someone to do that with. When you have one bird alone they get really attached to you and will do their best to try to communicate with you
