Can i test drive a car with a instruction permit?

ok i have two questions first: i have a instruction permit and i am going to test drive a car will they still let me (the dealer) and 2nd i applied online for a car and the dealership called me back and asked if i would like to come in to take a look at the car i applied for and also test drive it, does this mean that the car is mine if i want it or will i have to go through a bunch of credit checks and stuff like that? im from canada by the way. thanks.

Gee, I didn't know in Canada you did not capitalize "I," Canada or the first word in sentences, and did not know how to spell second, nor know that second as in time does not mean the same as second as in after the first one. I guess Canadians are just as illiterate and uneducated as are Americans.

    You cannot have two questions first. You can, however, say, "First, I have two questions,"

  2. if you are under 18, no way at all.  if over, doubtful, verrrrrry doubtful unless you brought in cash for the full value of the car.
