i got a call from a blocked number yesterday. it is reallllyyyyy important that i find out whom it was from. i know that my service provider may be able to trace it right? but can they give me the number. or is there any way that i can get the number?

any way at all.. no matter how technical?

i know the number is logged somewhere in the world.. im just looking for the way to get to it.. or how i theoretically would be able to get to it.

ill take anything, just not "its impossibe" because its not. somewhere out there i know someone has access to the number..

  1. There are two places numbers get stored, 1-a caller ID unit, 2 The PSTN switch in your local phone company.

The first can be accessed by you, the second is only obtainable from telephone company.

  2. A court order is a sure fire way to get it.

Or you could try to bribe a phone company employee.

  3. no...not now...its to late, but you can use *77 ACR which is anonymous call rejection...
