Can i train big mussel group more then 15 sets!?

I know small mussel like biceps and triceps shouldn't be trained more then 15sets, but what about mussel like chest and back? I train my chest>>> 4set bench press,4set incline bench press, 4set incline dumbbell ,4set butterfly and at last 40 parallel dips.am i overtraning?

  3. I would love to see some trained mussels!    

    But seriously, I don't think you're overtraining, as you haven't mentioned excessive pain.    It's good that you're building your body and seem to be so focused.

    You're only overtraining if you have persistant pain.     Some pain is natural.    No pain - no gain.
