Can i transfer Outlook Calendar to treo 700WX?

Question

Can i transfer outlook calendar using Data Cable USB to my Treo 700WX, without getting charge for data?

I dont have a data package and i just want to be able to transfer all my calendars to my treo 700wx using data cable and active sync or something.

Please explain in little bit more detaile, i am not so good with phones.

If you have windows mobile on your phone and activesync it  will work once you create the relationship.
