Can i transfer schools in the 10th grade?

I'm about to go to the 10th grade on september.2,and i HATE my school.My school is very strict and they give us fewer privileges every year,and i just can't take it anymore.I really dont wan't to leave my friends,but I have limits. So is there any way I can transfer High schools at this point?

you can transfer schools anytime, like i did three months before graduation!  but if you are already in public schools it's hard to get transferred to another high school especially for reasons like yours.  We all have gripes about our high schools, try to just deal, and if it's unbearable talk to your parents, they are the ones who would have to do the paperwork to have you transferred.

yea io was in 10th when i transferred. but i ended up hating that school worse and went back i finishred that year now im home schooled
