  1. no way!

  2. I think yes... UK and Greece belong to the E.U and have signed the Schengen Treaty.....

    ask your embassy!

  3. You could, if you had an ID card (no driver's license, etc., just a formal id card). But I happen to know or at least I think I know that there is no such thing in Britain! So you need a passport.

    AND

    1. Greek security at airports is not at all slack.

    2. You may have time to get a passport ready by Wednesday, in Greece it only takes 2 days or so, and if it is urgent I guess you can go to the service that issues passports or your Embassy or sth. and get a new one. Ask your travel agent too.

  4. No its definitely not possible.

I suggest you ring them get an appointment and cough up the cash to get another in one day.

    good luck

  5. NO WAY.......you can get one at the passport office in one day in London...but it costs.

  6. You cant get on the plane without a passport. UK customs is tight. And to the person who said Greek immigration is slacked, it was slacked for me when I went he didnt check any passports he just let us all through.

  7. If you are a British citizen - sorry, no, you can't travel without a passport. If you are an EU citizen with an ID card (not just a form of identification, but a special ID card) - its OK, you can travel with your ID.

  8. yes you can

  9. NO WAY

  10. You won't even get on the plane.

  11. No chance.

  12. no not possible at all.

you might be able to contact the passport office ,

go there on the day ie monday and get a oassport for a month

  20. No, you need your passport. You need a passport if traveling to any country outside your own.

  21. Better start swimmin, get your snorkel! Lol'

    Well what forms of ID?

Bring your license and birth certificate and find a place in your area to get a temporary. just check on your gov website and youll find out exactly

  22. No chance. You'll need your passport.

  23. No!  The airlines will stop you from entering the terminal without one.  I would call the passport people and tell them you lost your passport and can they expedite one for you.  You may have to pay overnight charges and other fees to get one.  Next time I would get a small safe and keep it in there so you won't lose it.

  24. No, you will need your passport to get through passport control, both in the U.K, and on entering Greece. Your only alternative would be to go to your nearest Passport Office in person. You might have to wait, but there is just a chance you will get one issued the same day ( in the meantime....make a thorough search!!)

  25. Dude, if they dont allow you to bring 4 ounces of cologne what in they will let you travel without a passport =.=

  26. no. even though greek security can be a bit slack, u will not get thru a british airport. b4 9/11 u used 2 b able 2 fly wit like a drivers license but u cant any more.

  27. Looking on your Y!A name I just ask: Are You Dutch or of Belgian citizenship (Bent U Nederlansk of Fleming)?

If yes, use your ID-Card to travel. If no, and you are British citizen and have lost your passport: either stay at home, or try to obtain a temporary passport, which allows you the travel.
