  1. Suggest you get a replacement as soon as you can. This is your personal identification and you want the immigration folks to see youa and your particulars slearly. It helps them too. And who knows what part of your identification may be lost until you try to go overseas.

    So for your own convenient, get a replacement.


  2. yes, but be prepared to be subject to a little more scrutiny when traveling - my passport is slightly damaged and they tend to look more carefully at my passport when I do, but no issues so far though
