Can i trust Amazon.com???

Question

I want to buy a Ps3 from Amazon.com. I live in Australia? Can i trust Amazon and if i want will i able get a refund? And do they tell the truth?? I want to buy a brand new PS3 and it says its new but how do i know if i cud trust them?? and this sellers accounts just lauched so i dont know what his feedback wud be?

Amazon is one of the safest Internet stores, its been around for a long time, but I'm not sure about there return policy. but do what you fell is safe.

Amazon.com is trustworthy but if you are buying it from a seller that has just launched be a little wary.  Amazon is not responsible for a third party seller.

If it is directly sold by Amazon.com - you should have no worries.  If not go to the sellers site and get the refund policy first.

In my opinion if his account has only just opened and there is no current feedback i would look else where or just spend a bit more many rather than risk being riped off.

Yes, of course you can. Amazon is very trustworthy and they have everything. There are refunds available, but I have never used this option. They do tell the truth and ship your package in a reasonable amount of time after you order. If it says new, then it probably is, but if you get it and it's not you can always return it.

It depends who your buying from, Amazon is alot like Ebay with the different sellers and what not. If they are a fairly new seller or have bad feedback then i would give it a miss considering its a fairly expensive product that your after. However, if your buying directly from Amazon then it is very safe and you can trust it to arrive in one peice. Everything i have bought off of Amazon has been ok.
