  1. You can trust Ebay, just check people who are selling items. Usually you can arrange with your seller how to pay and to get item and other questions.

  2. As the others here say, you can trust Ebay. They're totally, completely, 100% trustworthy. It's the sellers (and buyers) on Ebay that you have to watch out for.

Having said that, my experiences on Ebay have been very good. I've had items arrive two days after I purchased. Regarding currencies accepted, contact the seller to determine that. Actually, I've bought some items from England (I live in the United States), so I've bought using dollars in items priced in pounds. But just ask.

Check out the person's rating and number of transactions. How long has the person been on Ebay? And does the deal sound too good to be true? If so, it probably is.

I like Ebay. But use common sense.

  3. Ebay is a great system but unfortunately you can occasionally run into people, who misuse the system. I have found that at e-bay they are professional and try to help you as best as they can. The site also has good instructions and help.

First of all, use common sense. If a deal appears too good to be true, it's probably a hoax or a rip off scheme. Check the history of the seller or buyer and read what others have said. Use PayPal for paying if you buy as it's a system of double check.

Basically e-bay just facilitates deals between people. So you need to agree with the buyer or seller if you can return something and then under what circumstances. It's the same when buying or selling in different currencies.

There are many delivery options in each country. Usually the faster options like UPS of Express delivery cost more. I've bought and sold lots of stuff on e-bay and never had problems. One friend was once cheated by a bogus seller. She was not careful and paid the money into an account without checking the seller history. She never heard from the buyer, who disappeared.

Start of with buying and selling very small items. This way you gain experience and learn how to use the system probably and don't lose much even if you mess up or have bad luck.

  4. You have to be able to trust the people that you are buying the item from, not the site itself

  5. i personally have never won anything on E bay but most of their supply you have to watch out for because the people will have a picture of for example a play station 3 but will be selling the box it came in so you really have to watch out and read the seller background if people were happy with them and the product description. Now with pounds I'm not sure with because i live in USA but you still might be able to with them look at the help screen on E bay for that. the delivery though should not take long considering on how much the seller/buyer wants to pay. i hope i helped you enough

  6. its not ebay you cant trust its actually the people who are trying to sell   there items on ebay that you cant always trust i suggest do a background check on them and then decieding if you want to buy there items.
