Racism is the belief that one race is better than another.. superior to another.

Bigotry is ..assuming.. race, ethnic background or origin predisposes someone to certain characteristics when, in fact, it does not.  A presumption of characteristics, conduct, beliefs.

Sometime racism will not help you and maybe sometime the answer is yes. For some reason, if you want to build better connection with large cycle of friends, racism is a not good exercise. And for some reason, racism might be at least fair and good in term of finding a new job.

Sometime, an employer wanted to employ a worker with good education and a little bit by looking its citizenship and race and not forget also his/her religion.

But in most area and widely use term, racism is not encourageable because somehow it can bring bad relationship between you and others.
