i have a greek OEM version of windows vista home premium, can i upgrade to a non OEM windows vista ultimate english version?

  1. If you mean Open License, I see no problem with that, but the price will be very expensive. It will be cheaper if you buy OEM Windows Vista Ultimate English Version
