Can i use 2x 1.5 metre satellite dish's instead of one 3 metre to receive UK TV in turkey?

I live in the west part of turkey and i have been told that with a 3 metre dish i could get UK tv with a sky box and card at astra 28.8 east ,well i got the box and card but no 3 metre dish .I dont have room for a 3 metre dish so could i use 2x smaller ones stead ?

No, it does not work that way. Turkey is on the extreme of the reception area(called the "footprint"). You could ask at a local specialist installer, if a 2 or 2.5 metre dish would be possible, but it is doubtful.

no because each dish would need an LNB and you can't link them to the same input.
