Can i use 3G cell phone in my country?

we only have the following networks in my country:

CDMA800MHz (CDMA2000 1x)

GSM 900/1800/1900MHz(GSM)

the 3G cell phone maybe come from USA(smuggled), or EU,or anywhere else in the world.

im from malaysia and im currently using 3G phone.it depends on ur service operator.

i aren't sure about the frequency. most of the time it works but if you are talking about speed, you might want to re considerate!
