I have recently switched from BT to Sky for my home land line. i have even switched the line rental. is it possible to jump back onto BT charges by dialling 1280 or is that possible only when you use BT line rental?

  1. Up to a week ago you could use the prefix.

Now this has been removed and you will be charged by your  service provider for your calls e.g if you have sky talk you will be charged by sky.
