  1. It sounds quite inclusive, but if the seller is using Paypal and the buyer pays with Paypal, then your clauses are not part of the gameplan. Paypal has their own rules and clauses and if you read their rules, you will note that you cannot modify them for your own purposes, but agree to use their rules exclusively.
