Can i use a pre paid telephone card to call australia from uk and ireland from public phone booths?

  1. If you have the internet then you could always use skype. Really cheap calls to landlines.

Yes,but unfortunately they have a higher surcharge.I used to ring Australia using a land line.I would use the access number to for Dublin,as I didn't have to pay for long distance calls and I got about 3 hours worth of calls for 10 Euro if I was ringing a land line in Australia.Or if you have a mobile you can also use your prepaid phone card with it as well.You will also have to pay a small surcharge as well,but at least you can have the comfort of being inside your own home rather than standing out in the cold.
