Can i use a table lamp of 150W to treat vitiligo white spot under my forearm? i hear it produces UV B rays.?

i find the cost of regular treatment with UV a /UV B rays with a doctor quite expensive. would prefer to have the rays treatment done at home itself under a table lamp.
