Can i use a visa gift card to put money on my online poker acount at Full Tilt Poker?

I think you should be able to use it. The good things is that if you cant you can use epassporte.

Many gaming websites block credit cards. I think it depends on which bank issued your card. If it's a US bank I think it will hardly ever work. Merchants are given codes based on what industry they're in and the credit card company can block transactions based on that. Some not reputable casinos will change their code and you're able to deposit with your card. However you might not want to play at those ;)

I used a Visa All Access Prepaid cards work for me all the time.  I initially funded my Full Tilt account with one, in fact.  Also, the bonus code "DAGTILT" will get you their best current bonus.  Hope this helps.

I worked for an on-line gambling site...You can use the pre paid gift cards but it is not a guarantee that it will work.

Long story short...it depends on the site you deposit too and the issuing bank for the card. Most on-line gaming sites use different names that they charge to the card, something that does not sound like a gambling site. This is done to throw off the issuing bank of the card so they don't know it's for gambling. Too many people try to say they never authorised the withdraw and bank gets stuck with a fraud deposit.  

Also the gift cards work often but can be denied and you would have to buy another one and try again. It happens because those were the customer calls I got often. You just may have to try a few different cards sometimes.

Also keep the gift card even if the deposit goes through...they may need you to send in a photo copy of it to with draw any winnings. Not done on all sites but is done on some like BoDog.

You should be able to.  I used a Mastercard gift card last week without any problems.
