Can i use an empty DVD disc to put songs in?

DVD discs has 4.7GB so i though i can put songs in and don't have to use 3 of the empty 80 minute CD-R discs.

You can do this but it will only play in a pc or dvd player BUT IT WILL NOT WORK IN ANY NORMAL CD PLAYER BECAUSE THE FORMAT WILL BE WRONG

ya you can.

But you need a dvd burner an empty dvd disc and a dvd writing software.

everything is same as writing to a blank cd.
