    i used themmm like tablets that dissolve in water...and yes it worked!!

  2. Yes, you can and it works great.  The tablet stuff is best and pretty inexpensive.  I know it is safe and effective becuase the orthodontist actually gave me a denture starter kit when i got my retainer.

  3. yes you can and should. you can also use polident and water to soak over night
