Can i use filo pastry to make vegetable spring rolls???

sure, but it's harder to work with and has to be cut to shape ... or use won ton wrappers

I use rice wrappers that I buy in an Asian grocery store.  

But you can use filo.  Especially if you want rolls that are bigger than you would get if you used wonton wrappers.  

Just cut it to about i inch all around bigger than you want your rolls to account for shrinkage while frying.
