Can i use frozen hamburgers to make sheppard`s`s pie.?

yes ,, just put it in the pan with a littlew water and start loosening it up,,,  i do it all the time

sure why not, Shepard's pie is supposed to be a big pile of leftovers or whatever is in the fridge or freezer! just unthaw them trough them in the fry pan and break them up with a spatula.

I like to make mine with left over pot roast, or ham.
