Can i use iron out in my pool?

i used well water to fill my pool. the water turned green,the iron reacted to the pool chemicals.

Green color is actually copper. Iron is black to light brown and manganese is pink to purple. These are the three most common stain producing minerals. Simply get a metal sequestering agent which should cover you on all three.
