  1. When you save your file, click "Save As" from the file menu. In the drop down menu, "Save as type,"  select an option that is compatible with Office 2003.


  2. Save your powerpoint file as a 97-2003 compatible project. Your Powerpoint in Mac should have no trouble reading it.

    To Do so go to file/save as/97-2003 compatible
