  1. Depends on how the card is setup, I would venture to say not though, store credit cards are usually valid only at that store.

  2. I highly doubt it but you can always ask at the store. :)

It also depends which company the stores are owned by, The Gap and Old Navy are owned by the same company so thats why you can use it at both places.

  3. No.

  4. yeah... AEO (american eagle outfitters). thats it.

  5. sure, if you want to be laughed at then run out of the store

  6. No of course not.

  7. if it's a American eagle visa or master card,

    sure you can use it,

you can always try to use it in other stores, the worst thing they can do is say "no, you can use it in our store."

  8. YES. As long as the card has either a Visa or MasterCard logo(it may have another major providers,VISA is the most likely). If it has this logo than it is a traditional Credit Card. However, you most likely won't earn points or rebates on non-AE purchases.

NO. If your card does  not have a credit logo, it is just a in-store sales card. This is highly unlikely. I have a BANANA REPUBLIC Card and I have used it everywhere. Including restuarants, gas stations, other clothing stores, etc. I did notice I only earn "points" on BR purchases though.

Anyhow, just make sure to not overspend on a "retail-cc". They tend to have much higher interest rates, compared to a non-affiliate cc.
