Can i use my passport as ID for clubs even if its expired? (uk)?

my passport expires in march and ive lost my liscence, (im british by the way)

there should be no problem, i've done that couple of times myself. All i brought was my passport and some credit cards under my name so the secuirty or person in charge at checking i.d will believe you more!

yes, i u sed my expired id too several times, they only care for the edge.
