Yes, as long as it is a VISA it should be no problem.  Mastercards are a lot more difficult to use.  I have used prepaid VISA cards at all of my favorite sites listed at http://GamblingReviewsSite.com

I've used prepaid visa cards on several sites...Full Tilt, PokerStars, Bodog to name a few.  I'd recommend using a Visa All Access Gift Card, they are known to work.  Check http://dagus-statistics.com/reviews.htm for a list of great sites that should have no problem taking prepaid Visas.  Hope this helps.

Depends on the gambling site, but I just used one the other day and it went through instantly with no problem.
