  1. yeah, no probs - most ATM's in Australia will take Switch/Maestro, Visa & Mastercard!


  2. I think you can.  I recently came back from australia.  I was able to use my Maestro card in the ATM's.  I wasn't able to purchase anything with it though.  Check with your bank first.

  3. Yes you can. Think you get charged about 1.75-2% of the transaction from your bank.(Mine was Lloyds so you will have to check how much your bank charges) So make the withdrawals worthwhile.... not really worth just taking out a tenner here and there

  4. yes you card should be useable here in australia cuz it has the word maestro which normally denotes visa
