Can i use my tv surround sound on my pc.what adaptor do i need for my phono leads?

Your sond card has a speaker output(goes to your speakers) it is 1/8"-you need to go to radio shack and buy a cable that adapts this output fom 1/8" stereo to two RCA leads-or you can also make one,if you want- plug the eight in. end into your soundcard and the RCA's into the audio in jacks on the unit(surround). this will cause your sound to come out over your surround speakers- your unit may be different than mine,but it worked for mine. also you can get advice from radio shack on how to hook it all up.too.
