Can i use my vanilla mastercard giftcard to purchace stuff via paypal?

It keeps geting declined when i try to buy something ive actavated it on there website and i know what im purchacing is under my balance so how can i make it work if at all?

Unfortunately pre-paid debit cards and/or gift cards don't agree well with the PayPal system.  PayPal uses AVS to verify a credit card and ensure the billing address on the CC matches the one entered by the user.  Since a gift card doesn't have a billing address, they usually fail the verification.  Your best bet is to go to a retail store that sells eBay gift cards and pay for it with you Vanilla MC.  For a list of retail stores visit http://giftcard.ebay.com/ns/wheretobuy.h...
