  1. A sharpie might fade/bleed, but then again fabric paint will probably make the sheet stiff so I would go with fabric markers!

    P.S. peace rocks!

  2. There are fabric paint markers (pens) that would work better than a Sharpie.  I have a couple that I purchased at Wal-Mart.

  3. Sharpies have tend to bleed out when you write on fabric.  I would suggest as the others did.  Get fabric pens, Wal Mart, Micheals, Joanns .. any craft store should carry these.

  4. You could use a Sharpie, but be sure you put the sheet on top of something while you're drawing - it's SURE to bleed through!  (Unless you really want a permanent peace sign on your floor somewhere.)

You could "paint" with dye, as well.  Use a white crayon to draw the outlines; the wax will resist the dye.  Then just paint in your choice of colors.
