I would get a professional pest controller in they are really difficult to get rid of by yourself, and its unhealthy to have them in your home for long. You may be able to get government assistance if you live in local authority housing.

Bed bugs are hard to get rid of. They hide during the day and come out at night, so if you just treat the places you find them at night you won't get them all. You should try to clean EVERYTHING, especially dark hiding places under the bed and in the closets. You might try putting the bed legs into bowls of water, so they can't climb into the bed at night. Also eucalyptus oil is good for keeping them away, without making you sick in the process. Then get a good bug bomb and follow all the directions to fumigate the whole house. Good luck!
