yes, you can go to the bathroom.  You have to!  Are you just NOT going to go for a week?  

Please find an adult woman you are comfortable talking with and ask her to explain all this female stuff to you.  You need to learn about periods, puberty and s*x.  We are complicated creatures and you need to get answers to these things before you have a life altering event occur due to lack of education.  Don't rely on your friends, they are typically as uneducated as you are and your body is too important to not know the basic mechanics.
