See if TomTom has a new version of the software with support for N95's internal GPS. If not, there is a software that can be used to read the data from the GPS ans pass it to TomTom (link below)

But the navigation feature is not going to be free with TomTom either since they're buying the maps from the same source as Nokia and thus they have the same obligation to those companies to pay them the license.
