J@mie - you can get Channel 4 anywhere in the UK, not just England and Northern Ireland!

Anyway, you  can download 4od from http://www.channel4.com/4od/index.html but you have to subscribe!

You can use channel 4 catch up, as long as you are in England or Northern Ireland I think.
