I know BBC ONE will provide global TV coverage of the race..which begins at 4-15 pm local UK time. I am fairly sure you could dial up the BBC SPORT website and watch the race online from anywhere. Here is the link. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport/

There is also a least one US racing website that will have the broadcast.....http://www.youbet.com/......A person could sign up for a free trial membership which would give you temporary access to their direct video feed of the race from Aintree. Good Luck!
