Can i watch live view of earth from sattelite?

Actually you can...it's called EarthNow and shows live imagery (and replays of earlier imagery) from the Landsat satellite.

Generally no; unless you are working for NASA or a satellite operating company.  The images from Landsat satellites for instance, are not released as a 'live feed'.  Some of the Google earth coverage is a year or more old.
