Can i watch more than 2 movies at the AMC theater ?

i usually watch like 3 movies at the AMC theater with only 1 ticket and yesterday one of my friends said like his friend was caught because he watched 2 movies with 1 ticket . Can i watch more than 2 movies at the AMC theater ?

I work there..I see people do it all the time. Now if you get caught, thats a different story...but 85% of the time..they will won't catch you. I would do it too..I cant see myself paying $9.25 to watch one movie.

It's called theater hopping, it's not allowed, and will get you kicked out of the theater, if not banned and/or arrested.

Want to watch more than 1 movie?  Buy additional tickets.

Some idiots thought it would be a good idea to theater hop during the opening weekend of  Batman Begins some years back.  Well, the manager figured there was something wrong when people were demanding refunds because there weren't any seats left in the theater.

So they sealed the theater, and had everyone show their ticket.  Sure enough, about 25 punks in the audience were hoppers, or didn't even have tickets at all.  The movie was supposed to have started at 10pm, but didn't start until close to midnight.  

Full refunds were given to anyone who couldn't stay that late and for those who did stay got a free small pop and popcorn.  They also had to offer refunds on the later showing that was to have started shortly after midnight due to this.

After that, there were clerks posted outside each theater to check ticket stubs of everyone coming in, which in turn resulted in higher ticket prices.

So you'll understand if I don't particularly smile kindly upon this "harmless prank."

no. you watch the movie you pay for then leave. but you can sneak into another movie if you're daring. my local AMC dosen't really care. well at least they've never caught me. so it depends on what AMC you go to.
