  1. Yes if you have a TV card installed. Some stations put on videos or podcasts over the Internet which you can watch on any PC with sufficient download speed and memory.


  2. Yes you can watch tv on computer and you will need tv tuner card which cost about $40. Best company is Pinnacle pc tv or intel.
