Yeah, You can.

The networks sometimes have their own websites, With full episodes that they often play on their channel. If you have trouble finding that on their websites, Try youtube.

Yeah, of course you can watch TV on your PC.  You can download TV shows or attempt to stream them.

Some channels even offer you to stream the show directly off their website.  However, depending on the TV show you might have be loacted within the same country as the channel is, for instance:  if you are trying to stream a show that was aired on Showtime you can only access the webiste within the US.

Or else, you can go to www.surfthechannel.com

it is good for streaming or www.alluc.org!  But, when it is primetime in Asia, I believe 7-10 eastern standard time those sites take a long time to load, as they are so busy!

You should also google Bitorrent, that is good for downloading complete TV shows or sometimes even the entire season!

heck yeah you can, i do all the time.  ABC.com has full episodes on there.  Hulu.com is the best tho, they have a little bit of everything on there!  I am addicted to it i swear.  -Alan
