Can i wear EYELINER TO AN INTERVIEW?

Hi,

I always wear liquid eyeliner on my top lid only, with mascara.

I've an interview for a customer service job for a phone shop tomorrow that I really want,

would it be ok to wear eyeliner, or could that set a bad impression ?...

I'm wearing a suit too !

I think its ok as long as it understated. If you normally put on a lot, don't put on so much. Just make it look smart and serious, don't go with make-up that will make you look unprofessional. Also there is nothing wrong with wearing a bit of make-up to an interview and looking good because it shows you have made an effort to make a good impression. Just make sure it's a serious impression.

they recommend that its ok to wear make up just don't go over the top, but its ok to look nice. =]

No it won't set a bad impression, your makeup choice shows a lot about your personality. It take confidence to have a unique style of makeup. So as long as it's not really over board marilyn manson style its perfectly fine!

Don't over do it or your clothes. I interviewed a girl once who dressed like a "woman of easy virtue". She didn't get the job.

yes i think there's different ways of wearing eye liner to suit the clothes you're wearing to be honest i think it makes you look professional rather than a coloured eye Shadow all over ur eye lid get my drift.. GOOD LUCK

it would be fine to wear eyeliner!! as long as you don't overdo it.

if you're still unsure then go visit the phone shop just to see what the employees are wearing and if they are wearing any make-up like that. if so, then it will definately be okay!
