Question:

Can i wear my contacts..?

ok i'm going to this concert and i have to wear my contacts for about 16 hours, i have the ones where you can wear for 14 days, regular acuvue i think. would it be harmful?

i heard about rewetting drops, would those help and which ones?

  1. I also use acuvue, hydraclear to be exact. A couple times a week I wear my contacts for 16+ hours a day.

    I think if you don't do it regularly, one time will not be harmful.

    And the rewetting drops might not be necessary if your eyes don't get dry. However it is very possible that they will, and at the end of a 16hour day my eyes tend to be a little dry and uncomfortable.

    I have never used actual rewetting drops, but I have used Visine and it does help.


  2. it would probably be fine my friends do it all the time but the rewetting drops might be good too i dont know i asked all of my glasses wearing friends about them and they though so too theyve juist never used them

  3. Re-wetting drops are good, use Blink.  Be verrrryyyyy careful of what drops you do use though.  If you use the wrong one with your contacts on your eye might dilate lol.  Read the WHOLE BOX to make sure.
