So long as it's clear (no tint) you can wear it in wind, rain, night, day, even to bed.

like undercenter said, if you're gonna wear a visor in the rain make sure you have a towel and are prepared to have to wipe the inside and the outside frequently or else you wont be able to see.

personally i always take my visor off if there's a chance its gonna rain, its way too much of a hassel and its just one extra distraction that could keep you from making a big play for your team.

you can wear it, but keep a towel tucked into your pants. just keep the inside of it dry, the outside will be easy to dry off.
