Can i win this court case?

I did a motion for civil contempt. on broken agreement that was sign in the divorced. the agreement was that I was to return the house to my ex wife with the fans, lamps, dogs, tools, and she was to take my name out of the mortgage and give me $25,000 in 180 days. Her days are up and i am bringing her back to court. I just found out that she had an attorney appointment on thursdays cause she doesn't want to give me the money. she is saying i did not give her all the items she requested in the divorce. can she win this case? note it has been 180 days and now is when she is coming up with that. I just want my money and my name taken out of the mortgage!!! she has no prof i have no prof what are the odds.

I think you are in trouble unless you have some proof that the items listed in the divorce were returned. As far as removing your name from the mortgage just call the mortgage company and show them the court papers they must remove it as it was part of the judgement rendered. If a judge has ruled then they have no choice. Failor to follow the ruling can result in serios problems for the mortgage company. Call the realestate mortgage board in your state and report them if they do not. They will make them. If they do not they can loose there license in that state and that will cost them millons of dollars. They just want to make sure that someone pays the bill if you are no longer on the note it will probably hurt your ex's credit bad.
